Offensive Youth Skills Camp
Former University of Maryland star Scott McBrien Passing Academy and Maryland Youth Football (MDYF) are teaming up to offer MDYF’s first Offensive Youth Skills Camp, and thats just the beginning… Scott will start hosting group and individual offensive training sessions in the coming months that will continue through the youth season (interested parties please contact Steve)! About the Academy
The purpose of the Scott McBrien Passing Academy (SMPA) is to create a fun atmosphere for players to learn and understand the game of football from the offensive side of the ball. The goal is to learn the fundamentals, techniques, skills, motivation, and sportsmanship necessary to succeed at the individual offensive skilled positions. Not only will the player learn how to succeed in their offensive play but they will also learn how to read and dissect the strengths and weaknesses of defensive coverage.

Ages: Rising 3rd – 8th grade

Areas of Instruction
Players will work on their techniques, skills, repetition and timing on full size indoor and outdoor fields. Players will also learn how to read and dissect the strengths and weaknesses of defensive coverage.
