MarylandYouthFootball.com State Championship powered by Under
Armour!
proud to announce Under Armour as the new Sponsor for the 2009 State
Championship.
(MDYF) has been hosting the State Championship Tournament allowing each league
to send their best teams to compete for the honor of being named the best youth
football team in Maryland. In 2008, we expanded into three divisions and this
year the tournament will be expanded to four divisions because of the
increased demand for multiple levels of play. This year MarylandYouthFootball.com
has created a mathematical ranking system to allow teams to fight their way
into the championship series. The ranking system will be responsible
for creating the brackets for the tournament, rewarding teams for their high
level of play throughout the season.

Each team participating in
the tournament will be asked to REGISTER the team on our
website. We are requesting this information, including apparel and shoe sizes
of all participants, because coaches and players of each team who make it to
the final Championship game will receive gear packages from Under
Armour.
Additionally, each team
and their organization participating in this year’s tournament will be invited
to participate in the Under Armour Football Uniform program during 2010 … More
details will follow!
Lastly, MDYF and Under
Armour want to help your organization with an immediate fundraising
opportunity. For every purchase of Under Armour product at www.underarmour.com we will donate
10% of the total sales proceeds back to the originating organization. Here is
how it works:
Player’s and Coaches
participating in this year’s tournament will be given a unique promotional code
identifying their team and organization.
Coaches and players are
encouraged to distribute their promotional code to their friends and families
encouraging them visit www.underarmour.com for
their next purchase.
The promotional code must
be entered during checkout in order for the purchase to qualify for the
fundraiser. See the example below. Simply enter the promotional code
provided to your team in the designated area in Step 2 of the underarmour.com checkout process:

In early January 2010 MDYF
will contact each organization commissioner, to provide them with their Under
Armour qualified donations
Please remember – only
those purchases at www.underarmour.com containing
the proper promotional code will be counted toward the organization donation.
